As November unfolds, we at Ultimarii focus on quiet behind-the-scenes improvements that elevate the entire experience. This month’s update centers on thoughtful refinements that make Ultimarii feel more natural and convenient to use.
Focus on Enhancement
This month, the team has been dedicated to making Ultimarii smoother, clearer, and more reliable for professionals working in regulatory, legal, and energy workflows. You may notice:
- Smoother navigation across libraries and workspaces
- Faster upload speeds
- Subtle updates aimed at reducing friction and enhancing clarity
By prioritizing stability and clarity, we are laying the foundation for faster workflows, more consistent results, and a more intuitive user experience overall.
Public Libraries Now Show Last Updated Dates
A small but meaningful upgrade is that all public libraries now display their last updated date. This makes it easier to verify data currency at a glance and ensures users always have the most recent version of data to work with.
Monthly Rules Update
- AER: New Draft Manual for Oilfield Waste Management.
- BCER: A new Incident Classification Matrix Guidance and an updated Role During an Incident.
- BCUC: Updated Indigenous Capacity Fund (ICF) Program Guidelines.
- CNLOER: A new Regulatory Guidance Notice, which has Revisions to Incident Reporting and Investigation.
- IAAC: Updated Guidance on Submitting Required Information for Excluded Physical Activity on offshore Newfoundland and Labrador wells.
- OEA: New Guides for Preparing Environmental Assessments, Transit and Rail Project Assessments, Assessments for Electricity Projects and Requirements for Waste Management Projects.
We’re continuing this cycle of refinement through the end of the year, guided directly by user feedback and real-world use cases. As always, if you have any questions, comments or concerns, please do reach out to us!
