With summer officially here, Ultimarii continues to invest in the development of our AI services. We have an exciting new product that is available for all users!
Comparing Multiple Documents in a snap with Cross-Analysis!
Our highly anticipated Cross-Analysis feature has finally been launched! This self-supervised tool is designed to identify patterns, generalizations, and outliers across document sets with just a few clicks. It compares multiple documents efficiently to provide insights and discover patterns in large volumes of data, generating a table that cross-analyzes all documents based on key terms and each document’s summary. The main benefit of this feature is its ability to significantly reduce the time needed to analyze multiple documents, an extremely time-consuming endeavour if done manually.
Key Features
- Up to 100 Documents can be uploaded at once for comparison and analysis
- Utilizes OpenAI’s newest 4o Model and will be updated through its successors
- Formats results generated in a table that can be viewed within an exportable Excel sheet
- Autonomously done, meaning users would not have to wait for the results. They can continue to utilize Ultimarii.
Each Cross-analysis includes a column for each key term or concept, a column for each document, and a column for the actual cross-analysis. All documents must already be in the private library for the cross-analysis to run smoothly, and once the results are generated, all users with access to the workspace will be able to locate them.
This new feature opens an endless opportunity for utilization on various purposes. It can be used for agreement analysis, which can highlight important facts and trends, review multiple regulatory applications at once, and additionally highlight any outliers and shape policy decisions, making the process smarter and more efficient.
